Living Well is inviting small food makers and seasonal producers to enquire about the May 29, 2027 festival at Med Bee Tate in Langley. That might mean a focused packaged range, something to take home or a proposal for food to enjoy during the gathering. Tell us what makes your food business yours.
What the past list already includes
Wiser Beans Chocolate, TS Freeze Dried Foods, EVOO Foods and Log House Mushrooms were included in the 2026 vendor archive. They are historical listings, not confirmed bookings for the next festival. New proposals should explain what they would add to that mix rather than assume a particular product category is unrepresented.
Be clear about the food and service
Describe products, ingredients, allergen information, preparation location and how food would be sold or sampled. If you use terms such as vegan, gluten-free or organic, explain the relevant products accurately. A specific description helps the organising team review the proposal and ask the right questions.
Separate a food booth from a food-service setup
Tell the team whether you need cooking, refrigeration, electricity, water, vehicle access or additional space. Ask about the event’s arrangements and applicable food-vendor requirements before planning sales or sampling. The invitation is to start that conversation; fees, acceptance and facilities are not assumed.
